What's different about Just Hit Send?

We search for gift items that are unique and special; specifically items that have an important mission, or products and brands with a story to tell. You can read details about our products and brands in the information sections for each gift!

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the continental U.S. (International shipping also available in some countries)

What is the delivery time frame?

All boxes are shipped Priority Mail through USPS and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. *Please allow additional time during the holidays due to USPS volume or unforeseen delays.*

What if I know I'll need to send a gift, but am not ready to send it?

Just Hit Send offers scheduled gifting! Just leave a note at checkout of your desired send-date, and we'll send it on your schedule. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery after the requested send-date.

How can I send multiple gifts to multiple addresses?

The simplest way to do this is by leaving notes in the "cart" page when you check out as to which gift you would like sent to which address. Another way is to order each gift separately, or email us at hi@justhitsendgifts.com and we can create the order for you! Shipping costs will be the same for either type of transaction.

Can I order a custom gift?

Yes! Check out our "Create" feature - pick and choose from our selection of items to design the gift that's perfect for your occasion! If there's something special you have in mind, please visit our "Inquire" page or email us: hi@justhitsendgifts.com  

Can I add alcohol of any kind to my gift order?

This is possible for some orders - email hi@justhitsendgifts.com for any special requests.

Do you offer custom gifts for large events or corporate needs?

Do the gifts match the photos/description exactly?

Yes, the products in the photo & description will be exactly what is delivered to your recipient.

Are you accepting new product lines to be featured in Just Hit Send gift packages?

Yes, we are always looking for unique, special products to feature. Please email: hi@justhitsendgifts.com 

Returns & Exchanges

We take care to ensure that each box is packed to perfection, and that each item is in top form. If something is damaged or broken please let us know right away by emailing hi@justhitsendgifts.com

Otherwise, all gifts are final sale.
